QCF FEES

The payment of fees has been broken down into affordable stages.  In the first instance you just need to pay your enrolment and registraiton fee to get the process started.

Full details of costs are given below:

1.Enrolment and Registration £450.00

• You will be enrolled onto the QCF City and Guilds 7540-02 or 03
• You will be given a password to the CTTS QCF Learning Zone
• You will receive the CTTS Portfolio in which to store your evidence
• You will be allocated an assessor and mentor to advise you

2.One Day Induction Course Fee (optional) £200.00 per Candidate.

The induction course will be held either at the CTTS National Training Centre in Lincoln, at various locations around the UK or at your workplace.  The advantage of attending the one day induction course is that it will give you first hand advice and guidance on completing your QCF and you will have the opportunity to meet others embarking on the same QCF as yourself.

3.Internal Verification Visit £400.00 (per visit per candidate) minimum 4 candidates maximum 8 per visit.

The assessment visit is essential to verify competence in the workplace.  Depending on which level of QCF you are undertaking and the other evidence you have collected to validate your competence, will determine how many assessment visits you will require to fully achieve your QCF.  It is important you liaise closely with your assessor/mentor when arranging the assessment visit to ensure time is not wasted and you are ready to be assessed and have collated the necessary evidence to be viewed on the day.

4.Verification and Certification Fee £250.00

This is the final fee payable for verification of achievement of your QCF and to claim your City and Guilds Certificate.

Please note all prices exclude VAT.  If employers have a number of candidates they wish to enrol on the QCF, they should contact CTTS on 01522 880900 as discounts for induction days and assessment visits per candidate may be available depending on volume.
