Former Navy Chief Petty Officer Anthony McGrath test data communications systems. Tony completed his resettlement training with CTTS obtaining the City & Guilds 3666-02 full Certificate in Communications cabling that held him in good stead for civilian employment. Tony puts into practice the skills learnt whilst training with CTTS in his every day life as a data communications engineer working at the T5 project Heathrow Airport. Testing Cat 6 cabling using Fluke DX analysers,Cable identification using oscillators,Defect rectification – terminating cabinet/outlet modules, installling new cables and completing site documentation all the skill sets aquired during his realistic training at CTTS National Training centre.
