CTTS PRIVACY STATEMENT
CTTS Ltd recognises that personal privacy is an important issue and we support UK legislation in the protection of privacy.
Information collected when you visit our website or make an enquiry by telephone/email
Personal information is neither captured nor stored through the CTTS website without the prior consent of users through completing information request forms. Where we ask you for personal information for example to request an information pack or book an insight day, the information required is the minimum to fulfil the request within the timescale it is required. Any personal information that you provide will only be used for the purpose stated at the time we request it and may be followed up with an email or telephone call to see if you would like any further help or advice. Unless you request further information at this stage, your details will be deleted and are not stored. No information is shared with any other party at any time, we will not license or trade your personal information to others. We do not provide your personal information to direct marketing companies or other such organisations.
Information collected at Events
If you visit the CTTS stand at events such as resettlement or job fairs, you will be given the opportunity to fill in an enquiry form. This captures your details so that we can contact you to follow up your enquiry to check if you require further information, advice or if we have any job vacancies you may be interested in as appropriate. This information will be kept until your discharge date, notification of change in employment status or until you request us to delete it, whichever is sooner and/or appropriate.
Information collected when you book a course
You cannot book a course directly via the website, but you can make a course enquiry to register your interest or you can telephone or email the office directly. When you wish to reserve a place, we will submit an application form for completion. This is the information we require to process your booking. The form is retained until you have paid your fees, completed the training and received your course certificates. It will then be destroyed or deleted from our system. Should you book a place and subsequently cancel or fail to attend, the form will be destroyed or deleted once any monies due are refunded or paid as appropriate.

Putting our customers first is the company’s policy and this is the key to our success. The policy is not only reflected in the price of our training, but more importantly by providing the most relevant and up-to-date training, with facilities for hands-on practical experience. This is backed up by theoretical knowledge and nationally recognised qualifications that are externally moderated.
It is also the Company Policy that our established requirements for high standards of Quality whether of training, service, procedure or personnel, are readily recognised by everyone associated with us.
We are therefore committed to a policy that will ensure that our training and customer service achieve a standard which complies with both contractual and legislative requirements.
The Company recognises that the maintenance of Quality Standards in our work is the keystone to our success, our reputation, our future and to the professional satisfaction of our staff, customers and all interested parties.
To realise this aim, we have developed a Quality Management System that meets these needs and the requirements of BS/EN/ISO 9001: 2015. We are committed to continuous improvement and constantly review procedures and processes to do this.
It is the responsibility of top management in liaison with the staff to set and review specific quality objectives for the business and to provide sufficient time and resources to achieve these, and for all company staff and anyone representing CTTS to understand, conform and contribute to the requirements of this philosophy and its associated working practices.
