The re-accreditation covers the engineering techniques used to deploy drop cable up to a maximum diameter of 7mm within the Openreach Overhead infrastructure safely. It also covers the agreed network quality standards associated with PIA (Physical Infrastructure Access) CP (Communication Provider) cable deployment. The accreditation consists of a questionnaire and practical assessment.
This accreditation is for experienced Communication Providers (CP) engineers and contractors working in the Openreach infrastructure including Northern Ireland requiring re-accreditation. Please note there is no training on this course
