It depends on the awarding body- Unfortunately if its CABWI or City and Guilds, then replacements have to be ordered by the individual. For PIA or Smart Awards we can order a replacement for you, however there is an admin fee of £27.50 for this service
We ask that you bring all your own PPE to the course and if issued, your own harness. harnesses will be supplied if not available but please bear in mind that we hold a limited stock. GDU`s will be supplied, however if you prefer to use your own this is also acceptable. As a minimum helmets, gloves, eye protection, ear protection, safety footwear and Hi-visibility clothing should be worn. if you are attending a climbing course, your helmet requires a 4 point chin strap.
Start times depend on the type of course you are attending. Our telecoms courses normally run between 0900-1700, and Civils based courses start at 0800-0830. the advice is to aim arriving on site at least 15-30 minutes prior to start times to avoid any delays caused by traffic congestion.

There are several hotels to choose from in Lincoln City centre too, which are around 20-30 minutes away by car dependant on traffic. The nearest train station is North Hykeham, which has links to Lincoln city
