The IPAF Harness User course is designed for delegates who have already completed the IPAF Harness Awareness training. This practical, hands-on course teaches operators how to correctly use fall protection harnesses when working with Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs).

Delegates will gain experience in fitting harnesses, connecting to appropriate anchor points, performing pre-use checks, and applying safe working practices to prevent falls. The course also covers emergency procedures and legal responsibilities for operators.

Can the training be done online/remotely?

As most of our courses require physical practical assessments, it is unlikely that we will be able to offer them online. Additionally, the majority of our courses must be completed at an accredited center, making remote delivery not feasible. However, there are exceptions for our mobile courses, which can be completed either virtually or onsite, offering more flexibility for participants.
