The IPAF (Single) Mobile Boom (3B) Operator course is designed to provide delegates with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to safely operate mobile boom MEWPs. The training covers key areas such as machine familiarisation, pre-use inspections, safe operating procedures, hazard awareness, and emergency lowering techniques.

Suitable for both new and experienced operators, this course ensures delegates understand their legal responsibilities and can confidently operate 3B category MEWPs in accordance with IPAF standards and current health and safety legislation.

Can the training be done online/remotely?

As most of our courses require physical practical assessments, it is unlikely that we will be able to offer them online. Additionally, the majority of our courses must be completed at an accredited center, making remote delivery not feasible. However, there are exceptions for our mobile courses, which can be completed either virtually or onsite, offering more flexibility for participants.
