The module is an essential requirement for any Engineer/Contractor carrying out Mechanised Cable Recovery activity in the Openreach network using a Cable Recovery Trailer (CRT)

It will check the delegates understanding and ability to complete safe recovery of heavy cable form the Openreach network via the use of a CRT and hydraulic cutting tools

The delegate will safely recover heavy cable utilising a CRT to the specifications laid down in the Mechanised Cable Recovery Handbook

Pre-requisites for this course are SA002 Underground Safety and Confined Space - Medium Risk
