CTTS Heads to Connected Britain 2025: Shaping the Future of Telecom Training and Connectivity

CTTS proudly attended Connected Britain 2025— the UK’s leading connectivity and digital economy event. Bringing together the brightest minds in telecoms, infrastructure, and policy, the event provided CTTS with the perfect platform to showcase its training expertise, connect with industry leaders, and highlight the importance of skills in building the UK’s digital future.

Held at ExCeL London on 24–25 September 2025, Connected Britain once again proved why it is the UK’s flagship connectivity event. Policymakers, operators, vendors, local authorities, and training providers came together to discuss the future of fibre, 5G, and digital infrastructure.

The event featured keynote sessions, expert panels, exhibitor showcases, and the Connected Britain Awards — celebrating innovation across the telecoms industry.

CTTS made a strong impact throughout the two-day event. Here’s how we contributed:

Industry Networking – We connected with network operators, contractors, and local authorities to discuss skills development and the training needed to keep pace with the UK’s rollout targets.

Skills Showcase – Delegates saw firsthand how CTTS training underpins real-world infrastructure projects, from fibre deployment to smart city innovation.

Knowledge Exchange – Our experts took part in conversations around closing the telecoms skills gap and preparing the workforce for the challenges of tomorrow.

Attending Connected Britain reinforced CTTS’s commitment to supporting the UK’s connectivity goals. With the UK continuing to face a shortage of trained engineers and civils operatives, CTTS highlighted how specialist training is critical for meeting deployment targets. By engaging with leaders across the sector, CTTS helped shape discussions around workforce standards, safety, and long-term skills investment.

For CTTS, Connected Britain 2025 was more than an exhibition — it was a chance to position skills at the heart of the UK’s connectivity journey. By engaging with industry peers, sharing expertise, and exploring new partnerships, CTTS reinforced its role as a leading telecoms training provider.

After a successful showing at Connected Britain, CTTS is continuing to expand its training offerings and strengthen partnerships across the telecoms sector. The conversations and collaborations that began at the event are already shaping new opportunities for the months ahead.

We look forward to building on the momentum and supporting the UK’s journey towards a fully connected future.
